FAQ's

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders ship within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise noted. All orders are shipped via USPS.  

USPS Shipping Information: 

First Class: 3-5 business day delivery. Tracking number. No insurance.

Priority Mail: 2-3 business day delivery. Tracking number. $50 insurance.

International: 7-14 business day delivery. No tracking number, only customs number. 



Need to cancel an order?

All orders are processed with our vendor after 24 hours of order placement. After the 24 hours, the order can’t be canceled. Please be sure to double check everything before placing your order.

 

Need to change a color or size? 

Please email us at sales@simplmae.com

We will do our best to accommodate a size/color change if the order hasn’t been put in with our vendor yet. 

 

What is your policy? What is your return / exchange policy?

All sales are final. We do offer exchanges, only for a different size/color. (if multiple size/color options)

+ All accessories can NOT be exchanged.

Damaged items can be exchanged, please email photos. 

+ The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs. You must use a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

+ You must contact us at sales@simplmae.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number. We will provide further instructions on the exchange process.
